Development of the online presence for new RSC Matilda Musical by Dennis Kelly and Tim Minchin.
The site launched in four stages, slowly building excitement around the show and included, movie and image galleries, blogs, multiple information pages, a 2D Duck Hunt style game and an interactive book club. The site and it's campaign was so successful that the show sold out before the final stage launched.
The site was developed in AS3 on the Robotlegs framework and utilised AMFPHP for game state and hi-score saving. Included integration with youtube and twitter feeds and interfaced with the CMS via XML.
